Burnout is the psychological, mental, emotional, and physical conglomeration of exhaustion from overuse - it’s is the experience of running on empty, losing joy/focus/motivation/purpose within one’s work or craft. It is very real, quite serious, and can eventually lead to impaired performance or mental health concerns. It is an extremely challenging experience to work through without targeted, professional support. This workshop will help you to identify the signs/symptoms of burnout and strategize for effective prevention or recovery.
