Rate Information & Documentation
We strive to make our fees clear and fair based on current market rates for psychological services. We recognize that the investment of your time, energy, and financial resources in this process is significant; thus we aim to provide the highest quality of services. Stretch Performance Psychology is not contracted in-network with any insurance panels for a number of reasons, but we can assist you with documentation for out-of-network reimbursement for services at your request. If you have any concerns about the cost of services please let us know, and we’ll do our best to explore reimbursement options, refer you to another trusted provider, or work with your budget whenever possible.
All fees are due at the time of service. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. We use a secure credit card processing system and may ask that clients put a credit/debit card on file with us, stored securely for payment of regular appointments. After scheduling your first appointment with us, you’ll be sent a link to register with our secure portal and provided paperwork to complete so we can get to know you better.

2024 Rates for Services:
Individual Counseling or Sport/Performance Psychology Appointments: $125-150 / hourly
Couples or 90mins Speciality Appointments: $165-210
Workshops, Organizational Consultation, Contracting & Executive Coaching: TBD; please contact us for a quote tailored to your needs
